By email as a PDF, usually within a few minutes of paying. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam or junk folder, then email hello@starringweek.com with your order number.

Try It: one week. Season: 12 weeks, a whole term, with new tasks each week. Family Pack: a Season for up to three children, each matched to their own school year. Season + Fridge Chart: a Season plus a printed, laminated chart posted to you. Box Set: 52 weeks.

Reception to Year 11 (and US Kindergarten to Grade 11). Primary planners use stars and reward levels. Years 7–11 get a simpler revision tracker with every GCSE subject.

Yes. The builder shows a live preview of every page while you make it. The preview has a watermark; the planner you receive doesn't.

Any home printer works. Choose "actual size" or "100%", A4 in the UK or Letter in the US, and print double-sided if you can.

Common names come from our checked list. For other names, you type the spelling yourself, and we print exactly what you type, so please double-check it before paying.

We'll email you when it's posted. Please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery. We can only post to UK addresses at the moment.

Reply to your delivery email within 30 days and we'll redesign it free, whether it's a spelling, a subject, the rewards or the theme. Because you preview and design the planner yourself before paying, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. If anything is faulty, we'll put it right. See our free redesign promise.

We only ask for a first name and school year, use them to make and send the planner, and never use them in marketing. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card details. See our privacy policy.
