Our free redesign promise

Love it, or we'll redesign it free

You build and preview your planner yourself before you pay, so you see exactly what you're getting. If you'd still like something changed afterwards, such as a spelling, a subject, the rewards or the theme, reply to your delivery email or contact us within 30 days of your order. We'll send you a new version free of charge.

Refunds

Because every planner is personalised, previewed by you and made the moment you pay, we don't offer refunds if you change your mind. When you order, you ask us to start straight away and confirm that the 14-day cancellation right ends once your planner is made. This follows the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If something goes wrong

If your planner is faulty or not as described, for example pages are missing, the file won't open, or it doesn't match what you built, tell us and we'll fix it or send a replacement. If we can't, you're entitled to a refund. These are your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing on this page affects them.

Printed fridge charts

Printed charts are made to your own design, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. If a chart arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement.
