About us
Starring Week (starringweek.com) is run by [YOUR FULL NAME OR COMPANY NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. [COMPANY NUMBER, IF A LIMITED COMPANY.] Email: hello@starringweek.com.
What we sell
Personalised printable planners, delivered by email as PDF files, and optional printed fridge charts delivered by post within the UK. Pack contents are described on our pricing and FAQ pages.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. [WE ARE NOT VAT REGISTERED / PRICES INCLUDE VAT — CONFIRM WITH YOUR ACCOUNTANT.] Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you order. The contract is formed when payment succeeds.
Your planner
You're responsible for checking the details you enter, including names and spellings in other alphabets. We make the planner exactly as you set it up in the builder.
Delivery
Digital planners are emailed, usually within a few minutes of payment. Printed charts are usually posted within [X] working days; please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery.
Cancellations, refunds and our guarantee
Because planners are personalised and made immediately at your request, your 14-day cancellation right ends once the planner is made. Printed charts are made to your specification. We don't offer change-of-mind refunds, but we'll redesign your planner free within 30 days. Our redesign promise and your statutory rights are explained on our refunds page.
How you can use your planner
Planners are for personal, household use. You may print as many copies as you need for your family. Please don't resell or share the files publicly. Class licences for tutors, schools and madrasahs are available on request.
Educational content
Our planners support a homework routine. They don't replace school advice, and we don't promise any particular results or grades.
Our liability
We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
